The London Metropolitan Bridge Association are pleased to invite you to this year's LMBA Café Bridge in the Tonsleys, organised by James Smith and operated by David Muller with the help of Victor Lesk in aid of Save The Children. The sun always shines on Café Bridge, and it is impossible not to have a good time, especially in the company of Wandsworth's friendliest bridge players.
We will be headquartered at the familiar Alma pub, directly opposite Wandsworth Town train station. Eight rounds of bridge played in our wonderful host restaurants, with a break for lunch at half time. Register at the Alma to get your movement card - short walks (mostly) in a pleasant pedestrianized area.
The cost to enter the event is £80.00 per pair. Please sign up below using the link for your preferred payment method.
More information about our beneficiary can be found here:
Scores are entered by players on their phones using the BriAn app-based scoring system. This allows us to declare a winner very soon after the last board is played. If you have not come across BriAn before, you can find out more here.
Instructions for arrival on the 15th April: Registration will be held from 10:15am onwards, at The Alma. Only one member of each partnership needs to register, but if your partnership is scoring, then the phone-owner should be present. Please contact us with any questions about the event. We look forward to welcoming you on 15th April.
